To request a change in size you should go to the Customer Service Section, then to the subsection My Orders and select the order you have placed.

Once inside the order, you just have to select the “change” option and choose the new size.

When the courier delivers the parcel, he/she will pick-up the pairor pairs to be returned, which are the ones selected to be changed.

To request a return, you should go to the Customer Service section, then to the subsection My Orders, and select the order which you wish to return.

Once in the order, you just have to select the option “return” and the product(s) to be returned.

For shipment, our pick-up service. The rates for our pick-up service are:

- Continental Portugal € 5.95

Once we receive the products and check that they are in perfect condition, we will proceed with a refund within a periodof 30 calendar days, using the same payment methods as when you placed the order.
