PURCHASE CONDITIONS

AVAILABILITY OF ARTICLES

All of the orders are subject to availability of the products in our warehouse. If any one of them cannot be delivered because there is no stock or any other reason, we would provide information about the same model in a different colour. In case this offer is not accepted, we will refund the amount paid.

PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

All the prices of the products which are indicated on the website are in Euros and include VAT in compliance with the provisions of Spanish article 68 of Law 37/1992.

You can select a payment method that best suits your needs: CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD or PAYPAL. After checking the summary of the order and clicking on “Pay now”, the chosen payment gateway will appear.

DELIVERIES

Delivery in 24/48 working hours from Monday to Friday for Portugal. When orders are received on Saturdays, Sundays or Spanish holidays, the delivery time will begin to count from the next working day.

*During the Sales period the estimated delivery time may suffer changes.

Shipment Costs

• Continental Portugal: 4.95 euros. Free for purchases above 55 euros.
• Portugal Islands: 69,95 euros.

CHANGES (CONTINENTAL PORTUGAL)

The first change in size is FREE.

You can change your order and request another size within fifteen (15) calendar days, to be counted from the date the order has been delivered.

A change in size can only be done once per order. If you wish to change the size of various products in the same order, it should be done together in one sole operation.

Changes in colour or model will be considered as a new order. First you should do a return and then make a new purchase.

Make sure that the products are:

• In perfect conditions.
• Have not been used. (A 100-metre walk on a street will be considered as having been used).
• In the original box.(Original box, with wrapping tissue, pads inserted in boots and all the packaging accessories).
• With the identification label tied to the product. (The label will not fall off when trying the products on and children are unable to break them with their hands)
To request a change in size you should go to the Customer Section > My Orders > See Order > Change, select the products to be changed and choose the new size.

You will receive a confirmation by e-mail with a summary of the change made. Igorshop will send the pair or pairs requested (as long as there is stock available) and the courier service will pick-up the pairs to be changed when delivering the new parcel. It is important that you ensure the parcels ready for collection.

*IMPORTANT NOTICE* If you do not have the outer white box which was sent with the order, please place the pair (or pairs) in any other wrapping material to avoid damage to the original box of the footwear.

CHANGES (PORTUGAL ISLANDS)

You can change your order and request another size within fifteen (15) calendar days, to be counted from the date the order has been delivered.

When changing the size, firstly, the customer must return, at their own expense, the pair or pairs that they do not keep at the time of requesting the change. As soon as we receive the items and verify that they are in perfect salable condition, we will send the new size(s) requested.

RETURNS AND RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL

The costs will be 5.95 euros for pick-ups in Continental Spain, 9.90 euros for Balearic Islands and 5.95 euros for Continental Portugal. Returns originating from the Islands of Portugal must be managed by the customer through their own means.

The Client will have a maximum period of fifteen calendar days from the delivery date of the Product to withdraw, totally or partially, from the purchase of the Product, in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Once the fifteen (15) calendar day period is over, Igorshop will not accept returns due to withdrawal from purchase of Products.

Full Refund

We will proceed to make a full refund using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

Partial Refund (Continental Portugal)

• For orders below 55 €:

We will proceed to refund the returned products using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

• For orders above 55 €:

If the products not returned exceed 55 €, we will proceed to refund the returned products using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
If the products not returned do not exceed 55 €, we will proceed to refund the returned products deducting the shipping cost of 4.95 € (since in the initial transaction you benefited from the free shipping promotion for purchases over 55 €), using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

Partial Refund (Portugal Islands)
We will proceed to make a partial refund using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

*Purchases as of Monday 20th November 2023, will have an extended period for requesting changes and returns until 10th January 2024. After that date, changes or returns will not be accepted.

To exercise the right of withdrawal the client should return the products:

• In perfect condition.
• Have not been used. (A 100-metre walk on a street will be considered as having been used).
• In the original packaging. (Original box, with wrapping tissue, pads in the boots and all the packaging accessories).
• With the identification label tied to the product. (The label will not fall off when trying the products on and children are unable to break them with their hands).

In the case of non-compliance with the conditions mentioned above, to exercise the right to withdraw, the product will be sent back with freight including shopping costs. The national rate varies between 18 and 20 euros (Continental Portugal) and 139,90 euros (Portugal Islands) and will be charged to the client’s account.

Products purchased at Igorshop.es but returned due to a defect in manufacture will be accepted. The customer service department should be notified in a fifteen (15) calendar day period, to be counted from the date the order was delivered.

If necessary, the product will be collected and analysed by our production and quality departments. If there has been an error during production, we will contact the client again to resolve the incident.

The guarantee does not cover deterioration due to wrong use or due to a reason unrelated to the production of the products purchased through the on-line shop.

In the case of a return of the order due to another reason unrelated to the state of the product, the shipping costs for return will be assumed by the client.

The costs will be 5.95 euros for pick-ups in Continental Spain, 9.90 euros for Balearic Islands and 5.95 euros for Portugal. Returns originating from the Islands of Portugal must be managed by the customer through their own means.

To do a return the client should go to Customer Section > My Orders > See order > Return, and select the product(s) to be returned.

It is only possible to do changes and returns of products purchased through our on-line shop. If you bought your product through another establishment, go directly to the sales point where you purchased it.

Once we receive the products in our warehouse and ensure that they are in perfect condition, we will proceed with a refunded the product or products returned, using the same payment method used when purchasing and within a (14) days.

Under no circumstances we will return the amounts corresponding to shipping.

 

CANCELLATION

Orders cannot be modified by the customer once they have been processed.

If the customer wishes to cancel their order as soon as it has been shipped, or rejects delivery of the order, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs (Spain - mainland - 9.90 euros, Balearic Islands - 19.90 euros, Continental Portugal - 9.90 euros and Portugal Islands, 139.90 euros

CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL

We will not be responsible for non-accomplishment or delay in compliance with any of the obligations that we assume under the conditions of a contract and which are caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (“force majeure”).

Causes of Force Majeure include any act, circumstance, lack of exercise, omission or accident that is beyond our reasonable control and will include, especially (without limits) the situations we highlight below:

  • 1. Strikes, lockouts or other radical measures.
  • 2. Strikes, flaws or accidents in sea or fluvial transport, postal transport or any other type of transport.
  • 3. Civil commotion, uprisings, invasions, terrorist attacks or terrorist menaces, wars (declared or not) or menaces or preparations for war.
  • 4. Fires, explosions, storms, floods, earthquakes, landslides, epidemics or any other natural disaster.
  • 5. Impossibility of the use of trains, boats, aircraft, motor transporter other means of public or private transport.
  • 6. Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunication systems.
  • 7. Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions from other governments.

It will be understood that our obligations of compliance under any Contract will be suspended during the time the Cause for Force Majeure continues, and we will have an extension of time to comply with our obligations during the said period. We will do our utmost to find a solution by which we can comply with the obligations of the Contract even under a Case of Force Majeure.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE PURCHASE CONDITIONS

In every purchase done comprehensively through www.igorshoes.com, the buyer must read and expressly accept the purchase conditions by ticking the corresponding consent verification box, which is not marked by default, at the end of the purchase process.
